    Financial assistance is available to Amazon employees to cover the cost of tuition. Full-time employees receive pre-paid tuition and they must have $5,250 available in Career Choice tuition assistance. Amazon also covers half of the tuition for part-time employees who receive $2,625 in their annual budget to use toward a Career Choice program.

    School Accommodation

    The Kenzie Academy program and Career Choice program strive to set you up for success. Learners can submit a School Accommodation request to have their work schedule adjusted. School Accommodation helps a learner manage school and work, so they can complete their program while still earning an income at the same time.

  • Programs are part-time and run for 6 months.
  • Start dates for programs vary.
  • Spots for each market are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Employees are typically eligible to apply after 90 days of full-time employment. Eligibility requirements may vary according to full-time, part-time, hourly, or salaried positions. Employees working hybrid schedules are also eligible. Flex employees are not eligible at this time.
  • Programs are a combination of live online sessions and independent learning.
