A Conversation with Pariss Chandler
In 2018, Pariss Chandler, a Southern New Hampshire University alum, took to Twitter to encourage Black technologists to step into the spotlight and showcase their talents. A community of brilliant individuals immediately grew. Inspired by the response, Pariss took things to the next level. She founded Black Tech Pipeline, a job board and recruitment platform that connects Black tech professionals with companies committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
